Clifford Lerner has served as President and CEO of SNAP Interactive since the company was founded in 2005. Previously, Mr. Lerner spent his professional career from 2000 to 2005 at Lehman Brothers Inc. as an analyst in its equities division. Mr. Lerner’s demanding schedule caused him to see an opportunity in the dating space, where busy professionals like himself could schedule dates by appointment, prompting him to leave the banking business altogether and go in a different direction to pursue entrepreneurship full time. Mr. Lerner has a strong knowledge and understanding of the online dating and social networking industries and has managed the product development and growth for all of SNAP Interactive's applications and websites since inception. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.

Darrell Lerner co-founded SNAP Interactive with his brother Cliff in 2005. Previously, Mr. Lerner served as the CEO of Fantasy Sports Net, Inc, an interactive fantasy sports site he founded in 1998. Mr. Lerner has extensive experience with the start-up process as well as all aspects of operating and maintaining a public company. Mr. Lerner is a Cum Laude graduate of Hofstra University with a degree in finance and a graduate of Hofstra Law School.

Jon Pedersen, Sr. joined SNAP Interactive as Chief Financial Officer in October 2011, where he oversees all financial, investor and management reporting functions, with a focus on increasing SNAP’s visibility within the market. Prior to SNAP, Mr. Pedersen held the positions of Senior Vice President – Controller and Vice President – Assistant Controller of Warner Music Group, where he was employed since 2005.  From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Pedersen held the position of Chief Financial Officer at WestLB Securities, Inc.  From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Pedersen held various positions in the accounting and finance departments of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he achieved the title of Vice President.  Mr. Pedersen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
